Start on the original site
Use the original-game link to open Charcher’s PokéBonk. This companion is an unofficial private preview. Its notes and manual tracker do not connect to your game account.
Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle are configured as starter candidates. Choose in the original game; that flag does not mean a new account begins with all three.
Check the controls
The checked default bindings use WASD to move, Space to jump, Shift to slide, E to interact and R for the ultimate. Q changes aiming mode, T toggles auto-run and M opens the map.
Right-click is the configured lock-on control. The mouse controls the camera and the wheel adjusts zoom. Bindings can be changed, so your in-game settings take precedence.
Know what you are building
The client describes automatic attacks, experience pickups and level-up choices that develop moves and vitamins during a run. Default capacity is three move slots and three vitamin slots; Lab upgrades can expand these.
Editorial suggestion: for a first run, read the card category and your current capacity before choosing. This is a learning approach, not a claim about the strongest build.
Why is a move missing?
Start by separating a new move you want to learn from an upgrade to a move you already have. A missing new move and an existing move staying at level 1 are different observations.
Check your current partner and form, current level, free move slots, and the source shown for that move in the game’s move panel. Also note which partners are actually in your League. A move listed in our six reviewed kits is not a promise that it is eligible for every partner or will appear on the next level-up.
In the reviewed client, learning a new move needs a free move slot; upgrading a learned move does not. Check whether the move was banished this run and whether it has reached the configured level-8 upgrade cap.
The ordinary pool combines your own kit, your current species and its ancestors, and eligible shared League kits. A shared donor must be in your League and share a Pokémon type with you; the shared move must be Normal or match one of your current types. Level requirements and other filters still apply. Mew has a special pool. Eligibility does not guarantee the next offer.
If an already learned move is not getting upgrade offers, record its name and level, your partner and level, the offers you saw and the game version. The v0.6.1 note about one free move slot is not evidence that every missing upgrade is the same bug. No forced-roll method or guaranteed fix is verified here.
Before copying an old build
Compare the guide’s game version, mode, partner, Lab upgrades and item caps with your own run. The developer’s v0.5.3 notes changed same-kind bonuses and item limits, so an older unlimited-stacking assumption may no longer apply.
Treat an incomplete video or a different starting account as missing context. This companion does not yet offer a tested replacement build or a damage ranking.
Keep the version in view
These notes describe client build mvdmwnj4, version 0.6.3, checked on October 18, 2026. The original site may have changed. No complete run was performed for this preview.
